We are working in cross functional, colocated development teams where each team designs, plans, develops, and tests new product functionality end to end. Teams are assisted by central UI/UX, Tech Writing, Security, Architecture, and Data Science specialists when needed. A central Automation Services team ensures that we have a consistent CI/CD pipeline and keeps our internal dev systems up and running. We are using Scrum or Kanban to move fast and SAFe to coordinate across teams in larger cycles. More than ten teams are working together in the Vienna office to advance our products.

All development teams either run Scrum or Kanban with 2 week iterations that are synchronized across all teams. Every around 12 weeks there is a SAFe PI Planning event, where all teams get together and align their planned work on a high level for the next product increment.
