At craftworks, we attach great importance to agile development and therefore we use the “SCRUM” method, in which projects are implemented in sprints by an interdisciplinary team. Predictive resource planning is important to us. Each project has a Product Owner/DevLead. Depending on the type of project, backend, frontend developers, UX/UIdesigners, data scientists and/or data engineers work together in project teams. The sharing of know-how and experience plays an important role, as there are numerous initiatives within the company to share new insights from projects with each other. At the craftworks Days, which take place 4 times a year, the team works together on their own and self-chosen projects.

Warum hast du dich für dieses Team entschieden?: I liked and still do like most how people interact with each other. And the general atmosphere in the office space is like always being able to ask everyone everything and having each other's backs!
Worum geht´s in deinem Job?: I´m a data engineer and part of the infrastructure team. Concerned a lot with CI/CD and DevOps topics.
Was gefällt dir besonders an deinem Job?: To work in a truly agile environment. That is very important to me as I've never done this before and I see a lot of advantages to it. Things like being able to react to changes very fast, learning stuff during every day work and using the right tools in the right way and many many more.
