We work in cross-functional "squads":. We currently have 7 teams and a total of over 50 people in development in Berlin, Munich and Vienna. There are special teams for services, internal software and infrastructure.

We have 2 weeks sprints and use a Atlassian Jira board to track our product’s progress. We have 3 stand-ups per week at 10:00, as well as a sprint planning meeting at the beginning of the sprint and a sprint retrospective at the end of the sprint. As our release cycles are of 8 weeks, at the end of the release, we also hold a Sprint Review meeting with the stakeholders.
