Product development In our team, we work together on the conceptual design, architecture and implementation of individual features / modules that flow into our technology. Each team member has their own specialisation in the respective area (frontend, backend, embedded, UI/UX) and also works in other areas if required. Research projects With our technology, we address previously unsolved problems and make it possible to break new ground in the networking of companies. Due to the high innovation content and the novelty of our technology, we are also very active in the research area. Our research projects are funded by the FFG, AWS and the state of Upper Austria, among others. As a member of the Tributech team, you also have the opportunity to participate in research projects, contribute your own ideas and implement them. Agile, Scrum For product development, we rely on an agile process model that is strongly based on Scrum. The software architecture on which the individual iterations are based serves as the basis. It is worked out with the appropriate lead time and discussed and adapted in joint conception workshops.

- Nach dem Abschluss meines Studiums an der FH Hagenberg wollte ich eine tragende Rolle in einem IT-StartUp einnehmen. Ich schätze die Möglichkeit meine eigenen Ideen einbringen zu können, um das Unternehmen beim Wachstum zu unterstützen.
- Worum geht´s in deinem Job?
- Ich bin verantwortlich für die kreative Umsetzung der Benutzeroberfläche und die Optimierung der User Experience unserer Software. Weiters entwickle ich unsere Website und bin für die Online-Vermarktung unseres StartUps verantwortlich.
- Was gefällt dir besonders an deinem Job?
- Die Atmosphäre im Team lässt Raum zur Selbstentfaltung. Zudem hat man die Möglichkeit seine eigenen Ideen umzusetzen und kann selbstverantwortlich vorgehen.
